About two weeks ago Mary J Blige’s commercial for Burger King was released on the internet. Some were disappointed that the Queen of Hip Hop Soul would agree to such a stereotypical commercial where she sings about chicken. Other people were entertained by the songs content and the songs lyrics, “Crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, 3 cheese, ranch dressing wrapped up in a tasty, flour tortilla.” Weather you were offended or entertained, it is not the last we will see from the commercial that Mary reportedly received 2 mill to make.
