News: Justin Timberlake Debuts At #1 & Breaks Records

According to Nielsen Soundscan, Justin Timberlake’s new album The 20/20 Experience debuted at no.1 on the Billboard charts and has sold a record breaking 968,000 copies in its first week out.  His last album 2006’s FutureSex/LoveSounds, debuted at No. 1 with 684,000, while his first solo album, 2002’s Justified, entered at No. 2 with 439,000.

This makes JT the biggest selling artist in male artist in target demographic and it set the record for the fatsest selling album in I-Tunes History Worldwide! Jesus! Internationally, the album hit the #1 spot on iTunes in 89 countries, stormed the UK charts to become the biggest debut of 2013 and earned Justin his first #1 album in Germany. The album is also officially #1 in Australia, Canada, Korea, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and across Asia.
