Little Girl Sings Drake’s “Marvin’s Room”- A YouTube video is circulating of a little girl singing Drake’s Marvin’s Room song that maybe offensive to some viewers being that the girl isn’t of African American descent. In the video that’s being recorded by her mother the little girl is singing the first line of the chorus saying the F word and the N word. The little girl sang the lyric three times and when she was done, her mother asked her to take a bow. Some viewers of the video are blasting the mom’s parenting for allowing her daughter to use profanity and offensive language.
Teen Dies In 8-Story Fall At Philly-Area Complex- A 14- year-old girl in King of Prussia fell to her death from her eight-story apartment complex. According to Upper Merion Police Lt. Michael Martin the girl was rushed to Suburban Mercy Hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Police and the King of Prussia Fire Department responded to the call at the Marquis Apartments on Dekalb Pike at around 6:18 pm. They say the girl climbed outside but believe it was an accident stating she didn’t have the intention of jumping before landing on the building’s garage. The police are investigating the incident but believe there was no foul play or suicide involved.
Underage Drinking Crackdown At Citizens Bank Park– A firm hand has been put down on underage drinking resulting in 61 citations at Citizen’s Bank Park on Tuesday. The crackdown happened during a Phillies vs. Mets game by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement. They cited 59 minors from the ages of 18-20 and two juveniles under the age of 18 with having or consuming alcohol. Plain clothed officers patrolled the parking lots surrounding the stadium starting at 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Police say they will continue to the enforcement throughout the baseball season.
Django Unchained Pulled From China – Django was suppose to open in China today, however they film has mysteriously been pulled after months of heavy promo. No official reason has been given, but insiders say it’s because of “unspecified technical problems.” This is shady being that he movie had to be remade to fit China’s censorship rules. The film was edited to change violent scenes an even the color of the blood.

Teen Mom Makes A Sex Tape- MTV Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has made a sex tape with actor James Deen. Farrah who initially denied the sex tape says that she only wants to make $2 million from the tape according to TMZ. Farrah states that she won’t be selling the tape for anything less than a couple million and that her lawyer will be handling the deal with a porn company that’s interested. She also states that if her ex boyfriend Derek were alive she would have rather done the tape with him but unfortunately he passed away from a car accident back in 2008 leaving Farrah with their 4-year-old daughter Sophia to raise. “Think Like A Man Too” Gets Release Date– Popular movie Think Like A Man has been green lighted for a sequel. According to Shadow and Act the movie is set to be released on May 30 of next year. The movie, which was released last year based on Steve Harvey’s bestselling book, earned a total of $91 million. Although the date has been set, there’s no word on what the story line will be but Harvey says that he hopes to duplicate the success of the first movie with success of the part two. So far Will Packer has signed on to produce the film along with Keith Merryman and David A. Newman jumping on to write the script.
Increase in Missing NJ Dogs– The Atlantic County SPCA noticed an increasw in small dogs going missing across Atlantic County. According to NBC 10 who reported on the story, say the SPCA expressed concern about the small dogs going missing or being stolen on their Facebook page recently. They stated that at least a dozen to two dozen have gone missing and aren’t coming back home. The SPCA believes the dogs are being taken as bait to be used in dog fighting and in research labs. The SPCA advise people with small dogs to not leave them unattended and if you have doggie doors make sure they are closed when you leave the house. And that if you have an electric fence it won’t stop intruders from coming onto your property.
Unemployment Rates Fall For US Cities In The Northeast – Unemployment rates recently fell more than 80 percent for large U.S. cities in the months of January and February. The Labor Department recorded that rates fell in 311 out of 372 of the largest metro areas. And rose in 45 and remained the same in 16. Employment slowed down drastically in the month of March with only 88,000 jobs added. When in February there were 268,000 jobs added by employers causing the unemployment rates to go from 7.7 to 7.9 percent. In Philadelphia, Camden, and Wilmington the rates were 8.7 and 9.4 for January and February of this year and 8.8 last February. In New Jersey, there were 9.4, 10.1 and 9.8 and in New York, the rates were 8.8, 9.3, and 9.1. With February being the strongest month of hiring they believe it benefited for the majority of the country in the Northeast.
Postal Service Will Continue Saturday Mail Delivery– In a statement released on Wednesday the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors stated that the government will continue to operate on Saturdays until September in light of the budget, which keeps them from moving forward with plans to end Saturday delivery. Back in February, the Post office made an announcement that they were going to end regular mail delivers on Saturday starting this August but continue to have delivers made with efforts to help the budget. The Post Office last year lost a record of $15 billion which was the cause for wanting to end Saturday delivers. According to The New York Times, “The agency’s financial reports show that mail volume continues to decline as Americans increasingly turn to electronic forms of communication. Total mail volume was 159.9 billion pieces, down 5 percent from 168.3 billion pieces a last year. Operating revenue was $65.2 billion, down from $65.7 billion over the same period.” The Post Office board says Congress has left them no choice but to hold back on plans with only have a five-day a week delivery of the mail.
