GABRIELLE UNION DISCUSSES HER NEW MOVIE: Gabrielle Union will play a woman who plans to marry Chris Rock on national television in order to get famous in the new movie, Finally Famous. The film will begin shooting this summer and will also star J.B. Smoove, Kevin Hart, Rosario Dawson and Sherri Shepard. She also in the upcomng movie, Think Like A Man Too.

Opening today (Friday June 28th) is the new action movie from director Roland Emmerich, White House Down, starring Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jason Clarke and Richard Jenkins. The film follows policeman John Cole, played by Tatum, who has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer, played by Foxx. When he takes his daughter on a tour of the White House, the building is overtaken by a paramilitary group, John must save the president, his daughter and the country.

Opening today (Friday June 28th) is the new comedy from director Paul Feig, The Heat, starring Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy, Demian Birchir, Marlon Wayans and Michael Rapaport. The film follows two total opposite law enforcement agents, straight laced Ashburn, played by Bullock, and foul mouthed Shannon, played by McCarthy, who must join forces to bring down a ruthless drug lord.


The BET Awards airs on BET this Sunday June 30th at 8:00 pm. Performers include T.I., Justin Timberlake, Janelle Monae, Robin Thicke, and more. Be sure to tune in to see it all go down.
