Performances: Made In America Day 2 (Recap/Pics)

Day 2 of Made In America in Philly was crazier than Day 1.  The festival seemed to have a lot more people and probably so since the second day line up seemed to be stronger than the first.  Kendrick Lamar and TDE’s Black Hippy took the stage and everyone expected him to perform, for the first time, his verse on Big Sean’s Control, which calls out all the hot rappers in the game right now. The crowd had to hold their breath because that never happened.  Miguel took the other stage shortly and mixed elements of R&B and Rock as he always does. Wiz Khalifa followed that up and bought his wife Amber Roe out during h is performance. Amber even instagramed a photo of her a Beyonce talking about their kids, Bash and Blue, dating. I think i was most impressed with Macklemore.  He did a really good job at connecting with the audience. He wore a throwback Phillies jersey and even shouted out the cheesesteak spot Ishkabibbles on South St. in Philly.  I was especially surprised when Macklemore performed “Can’t Hold Us.” I enjoy the song, but seeing it Live and watching how people react to the song was very eye opening.  This guy is going to be around for some time.
