Drakes ‘Nothing Was The Same’ topped the Billboard 200 charts at #1 and had the second-largest sales week of 2013. It sold 658K copies in its first week on the shelves beat out only by Justin Timberlake’s ‘The 20/20 Experience’ which moved 968K units. This is also a personal record for Drizzy considering his best-selling album up until this point was ‘Thank Me Later’ which sold 631K in its first week. This is the best selling rap album since Lil Wayne’s ‘The Carter IV’ which dropped back in 2011.  If you want to be technical, he really came in at #3 because Jays Magna Carta Holy Grail racked in 1 million digital sale before it was even released and that should really be #1, but you know some media outlet’s don’t like to count those sales. Either way congrats!
