Rick Ross is preparing for the December 17th release date for his upcoming album Mastermind by doing more than just promos and dropping singles. He’s been hitting the gym! According to a recent interview Ross has been doing the Crossfit workouts. He said “If you just do seven minutes of this, everything else you been doing, you really wasting your time because it’s just constant movement.” Ross has been down with the program (which seems to tie in well with his Reebok deal) since September. Good for him!
