News: 2014 Grammy Nominations Revealed

The nominees for the 56th annual Grammy Awards have been announced and Jay Z is leading the pack with 9 nominations in 6 different categories! Other top contenders are Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Justin Timberlake and Pharrell with 7 nominations each and Drake coming in with 5. The CEO of the recording academy had this to say about the nominations list

This year’s nominations reflect the talented community of music makers who represent some of the highest levels of excellence and artistry of the year in their respective fields

The ceremony will air on January 26 on CBS at 8PM.  Check out the list of nominees below!
