Happy birthday to Keri Hilson who is 31 today! And Lauren London who is 29 today

Paul Walker Autopsy – Yesterday the autopsy results for Paul Walker were released. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner coroner determined that the driver- Paul’s friend and business partner Roger Rodas- died of “multiple traumatic injuries” and Paul passed due to “combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.”  So he died from the fire after they crashed into the tree. They said the bodies were severely burned. The car went ablaze when it smashed into a tree and light pole. Toxicology reports on Paul and Roger are expected back in a few weeks. As of now, the November 30th crash has been ruled an accident. Told you yesterday the Fast and the Furious filming was on hold until the investigation is concluded, well now Universal Pictures is saying the production is shut down indefinetly. This is makes sense since they probably have to regroup and see how they will redirect the franchise.

Caskets In North Philly – Police are investigating several caskets that were found underneath a playground at a North Philadelphia school. The water department was conducting an excavation at the William Dicks Elementary School when they found several wooden caskets complete with headstones. One of the caskets appeared to be child size. It’s believed that the area may have been a grave site in the 1900s and was paved over. Officials from the Historical Society have been called in to investigate. It’s not yet known if there were bodies inside of the caskets or not.

Rob Ford’s Radio Show – Rob Ford’s recent media shenanigans got him picked up for a reality TV show but he was dropped because production was too expensive but it looks like we haven’t heard the last of the Toronto mayor. According to reports yesterday Ford has been selected to join a sports radio talk show. It’s ironic that the show is called “Sports Junkies” which is ironic since Ford admitted to smoking crack. Ford will be called every Thursday morning to talk about sports and his NFL picks. His favorite football team is the Toronto Argonauts but unfortunately due to his raunchy sexual comments the team allegedly asked him to stay away from their playoff games. Should you want to tune in you can catch him on Washington’s WJFK.  This guy is a huster! Getting checks! lol

Detroit Officially Bankrupt – A federal judge ruled that Detroit meets the criteria to win protection from its creditors and file for chapter 9 bankruptcy. The city will be the largest in US history to declare bankruptcy. The 140 page ruling was delivered after a state appointed emergency worker and unions discussed the potential impact of filing bankruptcy on pensions. The judge said, “This once proud and prosperous city can’t pay its debts. It’s insolvent. It’s eligible for bankruptcy…At the same time, it also has an opportunity for a fresh start.” Back in July the city was in about $18 million of debt and 40 cents of every dollar collected went to repaying more than 100 creditors. Without the filing that 40 cents would have shot up to 65 cents. Other options are also being discussed like pension cuts and selling the city’s art collection. They’ve said, “We’re trying to be very thoughtful, measured and humane.”

Newtown Recording Released – Officials in Newtown Connecticut released 911 recordings made by people at Sandy Hook Elementary School during the shootings that took place there last year. The lives of 20 kids and 6 adults were taken that day and now the calls give some insight as to what was going on during the chaos. One caller said, “They’re shooting at the front door, something’s going on … The front glass is all shot out, it kept going on. It’s still happening.” Another woman said “They’re still running, they’re still shooting. [gunshots could be heard in the background] Sandy Hook school, please!” The town initially did not want the recordings to be made public but the Freedom of Information Commission required that 7 of the phone calls made that day be released. The school superintendent sent out an email letting parents know that the calls would be released to prepare them for “emotional triggers”. The remaining phone calls and photos have been sealed off by state officials.

Hackers Steals Passwords – Hackers have stolen usernames and passwords for nearly two million accounts at Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo and others. The massive data breach was a result of keylogging software installed on computers around the world. The virus stealing log-in credentials for the websites over the past month and sending those usernames and passwords to a server controlled by the hackers.

  • 318,000 Facebook accounts
  • 70,000 Gmail, Google+ and YouTube accounts
  • 60,000 Yahoo accounts
  • 22,000 Twitter accounts
  • 9,000 Odnoklassniki accounts (a Russian social network)
  • 8,000 ADPaccounts (ADP says it counted 2,400)
  • 8,000 LinkedIn accounts

ADP, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter told CNNMoney they have notified and reset passwords for compromised users. Google didn’t want to comment and Yahoo didn’t respond. Your best bet is to update your antivirus software and download the latest updates for your Internet browsers, Adobeand Java.

Obama Talks To Youth Summit Leaders About Obamacare – Shouts to White House officials for inviting me to this Youth Leaders Summit that happened yesterday in DC. Sorry I couldn’t go. Don’t have any days to take off this year.  All the ones I have left I’m using for the end for the year for a much needed vaca! During a this youth leadership conference with young people from all around the world, the POTUS said, “Obamacare is already making a difference for millions of young people, and it’s about to help millions more. I’m going to need you all to spread the word about how the Affordable Care Act really works, what its benefits are, what its protections are and, most importantly, how people can sign up…I do remember what it’s like being 27 or 28, and aside from the occasional basketball injury, most of the time I kind of felt like I had nothing to worry about. Of course, that’s what most people think until they have something to worry about.” He explained how he’s not allowed to have an iPhone due to security reasons but that his daughters Sasha and Malia seem to spend a lot of time on theirs. He told the youth that he guesses they’re spending around $100 a month between their cell phone and cable bills and “The idea that you wouldn’t want to make sure that you’ve got the health security and financial security that comes with health insurance for less than that price, you guys are smarter than that. And most young people are, as well.” He told them that he needed their help and hopes that more young people will sign up for coverage before the March 31st deadline.
