News: Prisoner Suing Several Major Artists For $2.4 Billion

California prisoner, Richard Dupree, is taking legal action against several big stars. He has filed a $2.4 billion lawsuit against Beyonce, Jay Z, Kanye West, Rihanna and Chris Brown claiming that they all stole song lyrics that he wrote while he has been incarcerated. He filed the suit on April 21st and alleges that the CIA, FBI and Homeland Security were used by Jay Z to spy on him and get the lyrics to more than 3,000 songs he wrote. He believes that the other artists were all co-conspirators in the plot to steal his creative property. Let us ponder why Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney would actually sign this and require that it proceed…
