– 50 cent is saying he will release his 5th album with or without a label.  He said his album will drop on July 3rd wheather his label, Interscope, is on board or not.  Fif is saying he’s not interested in making money off of it or promotion.

“I don’t need a record to sell. How much money you think I’ma make off record sales? You think I’ma sell 13 million records? Its starting to feel like that corner that I left. I ain’t going to keep sitting on the records. Even if everything ain’t in order, album five will be out July 3 and they can wait another two years for me to give them another one.”

– Drake is currently on the Paradise Tour (which will come to Philly on June 9th), but he’s already planning to start working on his follow up to “Take Care” on June 18th.

– Alicia Keys is also working on a new album, her hubby Swizz Beatz says. Her 5th album will be titled “Right Now” and it wil be released in the next couple of months.

– Big Sean is saying he has a role in Kanye West’s “Cruel Summer” movie which will premiere in France. Sean said, “We about to hop on this flight to Cannes, France, for the Cannes Film Festival.”  Cruel Summer is also the title of the G.O.O.D. music album Ye will release.
