Event: Mina SayWhat MC’s Concilio’s Puerto Rican Festival Closing Ceremony

Concilio is Philly ‘s largest and oldest Hispanic organization. They put together the Hispanic Fiesta and the Puerto Rican Day Parade every year. Mina hosted their closing ceremony this year where they announced the winners of the parade and thanked volunteers and sponsors.  The Philly Phanatic was there and Al Dia newspaper.
