Also, Jay-Z will over see the sountrack for the movie adaptation for ‘Annie,” which will star Willow Smith

– We just spoke to Quest Love about this, but Pete Rock issued a statement about the Lupe Fiasco ‘T.R.O.Y.’ sample issue. Pete Rock has confirmed that he allowed Lupe permission to use the song, but Pete wanted to be a part of the song as well. Pete said he never got a response from Lupe’s team.

– Big Boi announced via twitter that the name of his upcoming album will be named “Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors.” This will be his solo sophmore album which currently has no release date.

– Rita Ora (Roc Nation member) has been confirmed to be a guest judge on “X-Factor.” She will be a guest until producers find a replacement for Kelly Rowland
