The Music Minute With Mina SayWhat (8/12): Meek Mill & Beanie Siegal Album Date / John Legend Announces Album & Tour / Frank Cancels Tour / Drake Is The Champion!

–  There have been talks of Meek Mill’s album push back for a couple weeks now. Some media outlets are reporting that the official date is now definitely October 30^th! A day before Halloween! HMMM and the title is “Dream And Nightmares.” I’m loving the branding and creativity. Very nice Meek Milly

–   John Legend has announced that his upcoming album will be named “Love In The Future” and he will be going on tour soon as well!  He’ll be in Philly on November 1^st and the Tower Theater!

–    Frank Ocean has mysteriously cancelled all his summer tour dates without an explanation. All he said was “a tough decision had to be made in regard to my schedule over the next few months.” There are speculations that he may be having vocal issues. Frank Ocean has throat issues tho. I’m done!

–   Beanie Sigel is set to release an album titled “This Time” on August 28^th and he’s going on a short “Pre Prison tour” in a couple of days.

–   Congrats to Drake, he passed Jay-Z’s billboard record and now holds the title for rapper with the most # 1 singles on the Billboard’s Hip-Hop/R&B Charts. Drake has 10 and jiggaman has 9.

–         Real quick, 2 Chainz album “Based On A T.R.U. Story” drops tomorrow and MGK put out a mixtape today!  I thought The Dream was suppose to release an album tomorrow, but I haven’t heard anything about it
