–  Nas plans to ring in the new year in a good way with a concert at NYC’s Radio Music Hall on December 31. My girl Elle Varner will be opening up the show! I will def be there! Tix go on sale this Friday, which is also the legendary rapper’s 39th birthday.

– Everyone’s favorite r&b singer from Toronto, The Weeknd, has announced that him and his XO label have entered a deal with Universal Republic. The first album titled Trilogy will drop on November 13 and will feature mixed and mastered versions of songs off his popular mixtapes House of Balloons, Thursday, and Echoes of Silence.

– Ceelo is preparing to release a Christmas album.  He released the cover art for it today. He’s releasing the album on October 30th. Same drop date as Meek Mill, X-factor’s Marcus Canty & ASAP Rocky. Check the album cover art by clicking below for more.

– Snippets have been released of G.O.O.D. Music’s “Cruel Summer” album. The album sounds cray!
