Ivan Barias, producer and the President of the Philadelphia Chapter Of The Recording Academy (Grammy’s), called Mina SayWhat on Power 99 to set the record straight about the Grammy voting, why hip hop is under represented and why he chose to start the “Urban Comtemporary” Grammy category that currently exists.
