She was one of three inducted this year. The alumni association considers alumni who were pivotal to the schools radio station, WJPZ 89.1, and also currently thriving professionally. The WJPZ Alumni Association, unites alumni of the Syracuse University student-operated CHR radio station every year. The Hall Of Fame Induction is held right before its 39th Annual Birthday Banquet the weekend of Saturday March 2, 2024 on campus. More than 100 alumni and students attended the Saturday evening celebration, which marks the 39th year of WJPZ on the FM band and 51 years since WJPZ started in 1973 as an AM station with 1/10 of a watt, designed to simulate professional radio.
